Sellerboard Setup & Profit Analytics — 7-Figure Amazon Brand
Configured and managed a full Sellerboard profit intelligence suite for a 7-figure Amazon seller — covering daily P&L, FBA inventory health with restock alerts, LTV & subscription cohort analysis, and Plan vs Actual tracking across $6.3M+ in annual revenue.
Client was generating high revenue but had no clear view of true profit after FBA fees, advertising, COGS, and refunds. Monthly P&L was done manually in Excel, 2 weeks in arrears. Stockouts on urgent SKUs were causing Buy Box loss. Leadership had no target vs actual tracking.
Set up Sellerboard with full COGS configuration, FBA fee mapping, and advertising cost attribution. Built custom reports for daily profit monitoring, FBA inventory coverage (7d/30d) with Urgent/Moderate/Ok status, LTV cohort table tracking per-customer profit from month 1 to 15+, and Plan vs Actual sales target tracking by month.

Real-Time Stockout Prevention — Amazon FBA Operations
Built and managed an FBA inventory monitoring system across 15+ active ASINs — tracking available units, inbound stock, 7-day and 30-day coverage days, daily sales velocity, organic vs PPC unit split, and FC transfer status — with Urgent/Moderate/Ok health flags for instant restock decisions.
Brand was managing 15+ SKUs across multiple FBA fulfilment centres with no centralised inventory view. Stockouts were discovered only when the listing went out of stock — costing Buy Box, organic rank, and thousands in lost revenue per incident. Reorder decisions were guesswork.
Configured Sellerboard FBA Inventory module with coverage day calculations (7d and 30d), daily sales velocity tracking, inbound shipment monitoring, and FC Transfer/Processing status. Colour-coded status system: Urgent (red) = <21 days stock, Moderate (orange) = 21–45 days, Ok (green) = 45+ days. Automated daily Slack alerts for any ASIN turning Urgent.
Amazon Advertising Analytics — Keywords & Search Terms
PPC Intelligence Dashboard — High-Volume Amazon Advertising
Built a comprehensive Amazon advertising analytics layer covering Sales, Attribution, Campaigns, Placement Insights, and Keywords & Search Terms — with custom date range analysis, match-type breakdowns, and ACoS/ROAS trend tracking across 8-week rolling windows.
Advertising team managing high-volume campaigns had no granular visibility into search term performance. ACoS visibility was limited to campaign level only. No trend analysis existed. Week-over-week performance comparisons required manual Excel work every Monday morning.
Configured Sellerboard Advertising Analytics with full SP-API integration. Set up Keywords & Search Terms view with match-type filtering (Exact, Phrase, Broad), Impressions, Clicks, Orders, Sales, Spend, ACoS%, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and CPA columns. Built 8-week rolling trend chart showing Sales vs Spend vs ACoS. Custom date range picker for any comparison period.
LTV & Subscription Cohort Analysis
Customer Lifetime Value Tracking — Amazon Subscribe & Save
Built and managed a full LTV & Subscription cohort analytics setup tracking per-customer profit by acquisition month — from April 2024 through September 2025 — showing 18-month customer value curves, retention rates, and cumulative revenue per cohort.
Brand had a significant Subscribe & Save business but no understanding of true customer lifetime value. Acquisition cost decisions were made without knowing how long customers stayed or what they were worth over 12–18 months. Cohort data didn't exist.
Configured Sellerboard LTV & Subscriptions module with per-cohort profit tracking (Profit per Customer view). Tracked metrics across: Total New Customers, PPC Spend, CAC, NTB orders, and month-by-month cumulative LTV from month 1 to 15. Enabled switching between Units, Revenue, Profit, Profit Margin, Retention, and Cumulative Revenue views for full lifecycle analysis.
